Itinerary:

First pass through the Pacific Heights neighborhood and the Presidio in San Francisco, then cross the iconic Golden Gate Bridge where you can take some pictures. From there head for a 45 minute drive to Sonoma and Napa region. There you will visit some of the wineries including Artesa, Domaine Carneros, Jacuzzi, Viansa and stop for a lunch at Sonoma Plaza. After lunch, you can visit more wineries, according to your preferences and time conditions.
