Northern California's Monterey Bay area is a spectacular part of the state that offers beautiful scenery and breathtaking beaches.
1) Along Monterey coastline you will visit the Cannery Row -OR- Monterey Bay Aquarium. You will also enjoy a cruise along the world famous 17-Mile Drive, a scenic road that runs through Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach and The Lodge, following the coastline and passing through several famous golf courses, nearby mansions and past California's famed Lone Cypress Tree. You will visit the historic Carmel-Mission and take a stroll through downtown Carmel, visiting boutique shops, restaurants and its architecture.

The waterfall is located about 40 miles South of Carmel in a State Park that sneaks up on you in the midst of the Pacific Coast Highway 1 curves. The trail itself is a mere half mile and features views of the waterfall the entire time.
